Accommodations

Important information about reserving your hotel for Echo Florida: Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and Spa is the only official housing partner for Echo Florida. Neither ASE nor Disney will call you to solicit hotel reservations. If you are contacted by another hotel, travel agency, or hotel reservation company offering to make your hotel reservations for Echo Florida, we strongly urge you not to use their services and immediately report them to ASE. These agencies typically offer rooms at higher rates that are non-refundable and/or carry a significant cancellation penalty.

Make your hotel reservation now; hotel rooms will sell out quickly!

We encourage you to book your hotel accommodation as soon as you register for the course. The room block is held until Wednesday, September 11, 2024, or until the block sells out. After this date, reservations are accepted on a space-available basis. A deposit equal to one night's stay is required to hold each reservation. Deposits will be refunded if notice is received at least five (5) working days before arrival and a cancellation number is received. More information about the property can be found here.

ASE has secured a block of rooms for attendees at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa at a discounted rate of $325 USD per night plus tax (based on single/double occupancy).  To make your reservations online, please click here. You may also contact the hotel directly by calling 407-939-4686.  Specify that you are with the "American Society of Echocardiography" to secure the group room rate.  The discounted rate will be honored until Wednesday, September 11, 2024, or until the room block sells out.  More information on rates and fees can be found here.

Subject to hotel availability, ASE rooms may be reserved at the discounted group rate from Thursday, October 10, 2024, through Wednesday, October 16, 2024. Group rates cannot be combined with any other discounts or offers.
