Echo Florida is a comprehensive review of echocardiography, including dedicated sessions on cardiomyopathies, coronary artery disease (including stress testing), valvular heart disease, pericardia disease, heart failure, emerging technologies, complex congenital heart disease and case-based demonstrations on the role of 2D, and real time 3D/4D echocardiography, as well as strain imaging.
Who Should Attend?
This course is designed for adult and pediatric cardiologists, cardiovascular surgeons, cardiovascular anesthesiologists, cardiac radiologists, fellows in training, cardiovascular sonographers, cardiovascular nurse specialists, internists, intensivists, and emergency physicians with special interest in clinical cardiology and echocardiography.

Add-On Sessions
Workshops – Optional Small Group Sessions
Small group workshops allow attendees to interact with faculty in a hands-on learning experience. Workshops are included with the registration cost, but pre-registration is required. Seating will be limited to 25 attendees per workshop. The option to add a workshop to your registration will be available via your shopping cart during the checkout process. To claim all CME credits offered, you must attend two of the workshop sessions.
Course Cancellation Policy
ASE hopes that everyone who registers for the Echo Florida course will be able to attend. However, we understand that extenuating circumstances do occur. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Registrar@ASEcho.org.
Echo Florida Cancellation and Refund Policy
Registration fees for any ASE course are non-transferable to another participant or another course. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and issued back to the original payment method (if your payment is older than 120 days, a check will be issued back to you). In the unlikely event ASE cancels the in-person course, ASE is responsible only for a refund of the registration fee and not for any additional expenses incurred by the participant, including transportation, hotel accommodations, or any other miscellaneous expenses. Membership dues are non-refundable and non-transferable if you cancel your registration.
Accommodations
Important information about reserving your hotel for Echo Florida: Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and Spa is the only official housing partner for Echo Florida. Neither ASE nor Disney will call you to solicit hotel reservations. If you are contacted by another hotel, travel agency, or hotel reservation company offering to make your hotel reservations for Echo Florida, we strongly urge you not to use their services and immediately report them to ASE. These agencies typically offer rooms at higher rates that are non-refundable and/or carry a significant cancellation penalty.

We encourage you to book your hotel accommodation as soon as you register for the course. The room block is held until Wednesday, September 11, 2024, or until the block sells out. After this date, reservations are accepted on a space-available basis. A deposit equal to one night's stay is required to hold each reservation. Deposits will be refunded if notice is received at least five (5) working days before arrival and a cancellation number is received. More information about the property can be found here.

CME Information
ASE is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide accredited continuing education for physicians.
ASE designates this live course for a maximum of 20.25 (pending approval) AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. You must attend two workshop sessions to claim all 20.25 CME credits.
In addition to offering CME credits, this activity has been developed and registered with ACCME to provide ## (pending approval) MOC and MOCA 2.0 credits in alignment with AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™.
Successful completion of this CME activity enables the participant to earn up to 20.25 (pending approval) MOC points in the American Board of Internal Medicine's (ABIM) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program, the American Board of Pediatrics (ABP) MOC program, and/or the American Board of Anesthesiology's (ABA) Maintenance of Certification in Anesthesiology Program® or MOCA 2.0®. It is ASE's responsibility to submit participant completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABIM and ABP MOC points and/or ABA MOCA 2.0®.
Participants should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. Physicians will earn MOC and/or MOCA 2.0 points equivalent to the amount of CME credits claimed for the activity.
ARDMS, CCI, and Sonography Canada recognize ASE's certificates and have agreed to honor the CME credit hours toward their registry requirements for sonographers.
