Designing a Tailored Career Path for Sonographers in Your Lab

In this webinar, we will review the sonographer career ladder developed by the Sonographer Career Ladder Task Force and published in the Journal of the American Society Of Echocardiography. We will discuss how to implement this career ladder within your facility to support career progression and discuss strategies for skill development to help you advance. Other topics will include the importance of networking and mentorship, enhancing adaptability in the workplace, focusing on career growth planning, goal setting, self-awareness, and boosting both professional confidence and leadership skills. Attendees will have the opportunity to address any questions they have.
