Best of ASE Scientific Sessions: Fundamental Techniques, Structural Interventions, & Emerging Technologies

Description:
Consisting of the most popular sessions from ASE's Scientific Sessions (2023-2025), this course covers fundamental techniques, such as Strain Imaging and Diastolic Function, before moving to specialized areas of study. Subsequent sections focus extensively on valvular heart disease, including detailed analysis of both left-sided and right-sided valves, and the critical assessment of the Right Heart and Pulmonary Circulation. Furthermore, the material addresses the growing field of Structural Heart interventions, detailing the use of imaging for guiding complex procedures and evaluating prosthetic valves, while also integrating emerging topics like Artificial Intelligence and complex cardiomyopathies. Finally, a dedicated module covers specialized techniques and guidelines for Pediatric and Congenital Heart Disease.

Learning Objectives:
Apply Foundational Echocardiography and Hemodynamic Assessment Techniques
Perform Comprehensive Evaluation and Differential Diagnosis of Valvular and Right Heart Disease
Integrate Imaging Modalities to Guide Structural Interventions and Assess Prosthetics
Analyze Emerging Technologies and Apply Specialized Strategies to Complex and Pediatric Populations
