E-Gift Card Terms & Conditions

1. Delivery of E-Gift Cards
   After an e-gift card is purchased, the gift card information (including redemption code and instructions) will be sent to the purchaser via email within one (1) business day.

2. Forwarding to Recipient
   Upon receiving the e-gift card information, the purchaser may email the gift card to any recipient(s) of their choice. The purchaser is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the recipient’s email address.

3. Expiration
   All e-gift cards are valid for two (2) years from the date of purchase. Unused balances remaining after the expiration date will be forfeited.

4. Eligible Products
   E-gift cards may be redeemed only for products within the Education Catalog located in the ASE Learning Hub, whether purchased online or as physical products. E-gift cards cannot be applied to products, services, or catalogs outside of the ASE Learning Hub Education Catalog.

5. Additional Fees
   Shipping fees, taxes, and other applicable charges may still apply at checkout and are not covered by the e-gift card unless expressly stated.

6. Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable
   E-gift card purchases are non-refundable. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, reloaded, or transferred to another gift card.

7. Lost or Stolen Cards
   ASE is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdirected e-gift card emails. Replacement is not guaranteed.

8. Fraud Prevention
   ASE reserves the right to delay or cancel e-gift card fulfillment if fraudulent activity is suspected.
