There are very few courses with an interactive dialogue between the interventional cardiologist and the interventional echocardiographer. This course will be one of a kind where the audience will hear from both the interventional cardiologist and the imager. The first 15 minutes of the webinar will focus on patient selection, favorable and unfavorable anatomy, advantages and disadvantages of CT versus TEE for patient selection. The next 15 mins will focus on the procedure with a dialogue between both the interventionalist and the imager. The focus will be TEE (2D and 3D imaging) during the procedure. The next 15 mins will focus on follow up imaging (ideal results versus some of the complications that can be observed). The last 15 mins will be discussion and Q/A.

1. Learn patient selection in LAA occlusion devices Learn pre procedural imaging for these devices (what views are needed for TEE)
2. Learn about imaging during the procedure
3. Learn what to look for post procedure in patient follow up
4. Learn about communication between the interventional cardiologist and interventional echocardiographer
