  1. Understand the issue of post-anthracyclines heart failure and be aware of the different cardioprotective interventions that have been attempted and their results.
  2. Recognize the prognostic value of strain in these patients.
  3. Understand the pros and possible limitations of using strain as a guiding strategy in patients treated with anthracyclines.
